The Festival De Cine Latino Americano focuses on finding the very best international Latino content. Our goal is to showcase & support existing and emerging creative Latino filmmakers from across the world. FDCLA is to build awareness of independent films and film as an art form. Our call for entries is our official launch of the 2018 year, and we are eager--and honored-- to screen your work. Submissions will be selected by an experienced panel of judges. FDCLA 2018 is seeking innovative, original, and thought-provoking works that are ‘by’, ‘about’ and ‘for’ the Latino community, that have been completed between 2014-2018. Work previously exhibited in the whether theatrically at another local festival or broadcast on television, – is not eligible to apply. A panel of distinguished curators from the film community will select the films to be screened in the “Official Selection” of the festival.
